The Command Media Unit organized a conference for media coordinating officers of Academy/Bases/ Stations on 28th April 2014.  The meeting was chaired by command media officer Wing Commander Gihan Seneviratne, who briefed the officers on the role of the Command Media Unit and the role that the media coordinating officers are to play.  Future plans and expectations as well as issues and problems facing the media coordinating officers were discussed and addressed.
