Three cadets from the United States Air Force Academy, accompanied by Lt Col LeAmm Derby   of the Academy’s Foreign Languages Director of Assistant , visited SLAF Academy China Bay  on 22 March 2016  as part of their Academy’s Cultural Immersion Programme.
 
They met the Commandant of SLAF Academy China Bay Air Cdre PDKT Jayasinghe and Visit to  No1 FTW, JC&SC, GTW, NCO Mgt School, Officer Cadet Mess, Naval Military Academy. There was an exchange of mementos with the visiting delegation from the United States Air Force Academy to mark this event.
