Annual Commander's Inspection of SLAF Station Mullaitivu
The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy conducted the Annual Commander's Inspection of the SLAF Station Mullaitivu today (04 May 2018).
The Commander was received by the Commanding Officer Wing Commander LDRP Gunawardena and was accorded a guard of honour commanded by Flight Lieutenant WPPM Perera. Corporal Buddika HDG (Admin assistant Special 1) received the Commanders Commendation in recognition of his outstanding meritorious service towards the activities of the Station.
On conclusion of the inspection, the Commander addressed the Officers, other ranks and civil staff of the Station. The Commander expressed his appreciation and encouraged them to set and reach higher goals in future for the betterment of the organization.
