A Productivity Improvement and Professional Development program under the topic of “Quality tools and its application on working environment” was carried out by the Command Quality Assurance Inspectorate (CQAI) today (15 July 2019) at Air Force Headquarters, Colombo. Mrs. Fathima Marker, the Senior Productivity Officer at National Productivity Secretariat contributed for the event as the resource person.

SLAF personnel in all SLAF Establishments participated in the event. The program was highly informative and gave the participants extensive knowledge regarding the best practices to adopt in a working environment to enhance quality standards and improve productivity. The Command Quality Assurance Officer, Air Commodore Kithsiri Leelarathne and the training staff at CQAI also participated in the event.
