The course was organized by SLAF Unit BIA with the guidance of Air Force Headquarters. The closing ceremony was held under the patronage of Chief Executive Officer Mr. Sarath Fernando and the Commanding Officer of SLAF Unit BIA Gp Capt WWPD Fernando.

The Indian Production Manager Mr. Pande and Australian Executive Chef Mr. Antony conducted the programme for the SLAF personnel.As per the course curriculum the SLAF participants were educated on subjects such as Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Bakery, Confectionery, Finger Foods, Food Safety, Food Hygiene and culinary art work. This valuable course has been offered by the Sri Lankan Catering services to mark the cordial relationship with SLAF.
