The closing address for the University entrants who underwent Leadership Qualities and Positive Thinking training was held on 11 January 2013 at SLAF Station Diyatalawa with the participation of Commanding Officer Group Captain WWPD Fernando. The training commenced on 06 January 2013.

A variety entertainment show was also organized with Wing Commander SPVK Senadheera and the Training Wing aiming to highlight the hidden talents of the course participants.
