Sri Lanka Air Force won the State-Services Netball Tournament 2013 (League) for the 5th consecutive time. The tournament was held on 16 and 17 January 2013 at the Railway Grounds.

The SLAF team won all their matches and the results are as follows.
 
Police by 11 goals (Air Force 46 and Police 35)
Navy by 27 goals    (Air Force 61 and Navy 34)
Army  by 7 goals     (Air Force 43 and Army 36)
