Under the patronage of the Commanding Officer SLAF Unit Weerawila  Group Captain MDJ Wasage, an all night “Pirith” chanting and an alms giving ceremony was held at the unit premises on 15th and 16th  February 2013.

All service personnel and their family members, government officials of Weerawila and the people in the vicinity of the camp area were also present at the event.
