Sri Lanka Air Force athletes ran the few extra miles required to bag more medals in the 91st National Athletic Championships 2013 held at the Sugathadasa Stadium, Colombo on 16th, 17th & 18th September 2013.

The SLAF athletes displayed their talents and were rewarded with 09 Golds whilst, the counts for other medals were 11 Silver and 14 Bronze with a total of 34 medals.

Secretary Ministry of Sports Mr. Anura Jayawickrama graced the event as the Chief Guest whilst the President of the Athletic Association of Sri Lanka Major General Palitha Fernando was also present. Over 800 athletes participated at the meet. The records created by the SLAF and the trophies awarded are as follows.
