The Sri Lanka Air Force won the 15th Vijaya 9-A Side Hockey Tournament for the 07th consecutive time defeating Sri Lanka Army by 1 goal to nil. Eighteen teams took part in the tournament which was held on 28th and 29th Sep 13 at the Nandimithra Ekanayake International Hockey Turf, Matale. The best goalkeeper of the tournament was Corporal Rathnasiri CMTD. The Deputy Minister of Transport Hon. Rohana Dissanayake graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
