Grade Five Scholarship Exam Winners Felicitated

A ceremony was organized to felicitate the children of the Service personnel of the Air Force who passed the Scholarship Examination for year 2013 at the Air Force Headquarters Colombo on 18th December 2013.
Forty seven students who obtain over 175 marks were selected and each individual was provided with a Gift Pack and a pass book of a newly opened account at Hatton National Bank (HNB) with a capital amounting Rs 5000 deposited by the Seva Vnitha Unit (SVU) of the Sri Lanka Air Force. 150 students who obtained over 160 marks were also provided with a Gift Pack and a newly opened account at HNB.
The Chairperson of the SVU of the Sri Lanka Air Force Mrs. Neelika Abeywickrama congratulated and expressed her best wishes to students who succeeded in the Grade Five Scholarship examination in 2013 during the ceremony.
Director Welfare Air Vice Marshal MLK Perera, the members of the SVU, representatives from the HNB, Officers and Parents of the children were also present on the occasion.
