The Sri Lanka Air Force’s ‘Inter Unit Cycling Championship 2014’ was held on 4th September 2014 at SLAF Base Katunayake. No 26 Regiment Wing of SLAF Base Katunayake won the Men’s and Women’s Championships, whilst No 26 Regiment Wing 'B' Team and SLAF Station BIA became the Runners-up in men’s and women’s categories respectively.

Director Logistic and Chairman SLAF Cycling Air Commodore Sumangala Dias graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Acting Base Commander of the SLAF Base Katunayake  Grourp Captain MD Rathnayake and senior Officers  were also present at the event.
