SLAF TTS Ekala emerged dual championship in the Inter unit Hockey Tournament for the year 2014, whilst SLAF Stn Cbo became runner up at the Championship which was concluded on 18th September 2014 at SLAF TTS Ekala.

Ekala team secured the 2014 championship for the seventh consecutive year in both categories of 7 a side and 11 a side, beating SLAF Stn Cbo.

The event was graced by the President Sri Lanka Hockey Federation DIG Sumith Edirisinghe whilst Chairman SLAF Hockey Air Vice Marshal KVB Jayampathy, Commanding Officer SLAF Stn Cbo Air Commodore Prasanna Payoe, Commanding Officer SLAF TTS Ekala Gp Capt R Senanayake, and supporters of both teams witnessed the event.
