The Inter Unit Judo Championship was held at Sports Complex Thummulla on 23rd and 24th September 2014. 220 Judokas took part in the championship where the men’s overall championship was bagged by the No26 Regiment Wing SLAF Base Katunayake and the women’s overall championship was bagged by SLAF Base Ratmalana.  SLAF Base Ratmalana and SLAF  Base Anuradapura become the runners up for Men and Women Category respectively.

The Chairman SLAF Aquatic Sports and Director Administration Air Vice Marshal PC Welikala   graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The Chairman SLAF Judo Air Commodore KFR Fernando,Senior Officers and other ranks were also present at the event.
