The SLAF women’s team secured the women Championship whilst the men’s team finished runners up at the National Taekwondo Championship 2014 which was concluded a short while ago at the Indoor Stadium of the University of Colombo.
 
The SLAF obtained 5 Gold medals, 2 Silver medal, 5 bronze medals. The Sri Lanka Air Force team was adjudged the all-round runner up of the Championship
 
The Ambassador of Republic of Korea His Excellency Chang Won-sam graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Secretory  of SLAF Taekwondo Group Captain OANS Fernando  was also present at the event.
