Newly- Appointed Commander of Sri Lanka Army, Lieutenant General Crishanthe De Silva  called on Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal KA Gunatilleke today (09 of March 2015).

The Guard of Honour was conferred by the Colour Squadron of SLAF and was commanded by Flight Lieutenant OWKP Owitipana. After the inspection of the parade, the Commander was received by Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal KA Gunatilleke, Commanding Officer of SLAF Colombo, Air Commodore Prasanna Payoe  and several other Officers attached to SLAF Headquarters.

Official plaques were exchanged between the two commanders at the Commander’s Office after which Army Commander met with the Chief of Staff, and the Board of Management of SLAF.
