Auditions for prospective SLAF comperes (Sinhala and Tamil Mediums) were conducted on 27 March 2015 at the AFHQ Old Conference Hall. Command Media Officer Wing Commander Gihan Seneviratne headed the panel.

The event was organized by the Command Media Unit with the objective of recruiting personnel with  compering abilities for the Comperes Squad, with special focus on utilizing them for the improvement of Air Force events.

Approximately 30 Air Force personnel including 1 Airwomen participated at the interviews.
