An Iftar Programme was held at SLAF Base Katunayake on 2nd July 2015 on the guidance of the Base Commander Air Commodore Sudarshana Pathirana for the second consecutive year to increase the religious harmony among the members of the Air Force.

This especial religious ceremony was organized to celebrate the Ramadan season and also to invoke blessings on the Commander of the Air Force and all personnel and their families who are presently serving in the Air Force.

The Base Commander, Commanding Officers of the formations, devotees and a cross section of all ranks of the Base participated the ceremony.
