“Ethos, Core Values and Standards” a booklet on the standards expected to be upheld by the officers of the Sri Lanka Air Force was presented to the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, Mr Karunasena Hettiarachchi by the Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala this morning (26 October 2015).

An initiative of the Commander of the Air Force and based on the Ethos and Core values of the Royal Air Force combined with input and experiences of the Sri Lanka Air Force, the booklet formalises the values that define the Sri Lanka Air Force and is expected to become a cornerstone of the professional development of its Officer corps.
