Inter Unit Elle and Archery Championships 2015
SLAF Base Katunayake became champions and SLAF Station Morawewa became runner up at the inter unit Elle Championship which was concluded on 02 Dec 2015.
SLAF Station Batticaloa won the Men’s Championship and SLAF Base Katunayake became Women’s Champions, whilst SLAF Base Vavuniya and SLAF Base Ratmalana became the Runners-up in men’s and women’s categories respectively at the ‘Inter Unit Archery Championship 2015 which concluded today (03 Dec 2015).
The awards ceremony for both events was held at SLAF Base Katunayaka on 03 Dec 2015 Director of Administration of the Air Force, Air Vice Marshal CP Welikala graced the occasion as the chief guest.
The Air Force Board of Management, Base Commander SLAF Base Kat Air Cdre SK Pathirana, Chairman SLAF Elle Gp Capt RHKP Ranasinghe, Chairman SLAF Archery Gp Capt HU Wijeweera, Officers, other ranks witnessed the event.
