A new house constructed under the "Guwan Lak Sevana” Housing Project launched by the Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit was handed over to 016372 LAC Kumara BHDT  today (11 January 2016) at Walgama Mada, Matara.  

The house opening ceremony was held under the patronage of Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs.Samanthi Bulathsinghala.

This project was funded by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and construction was carried out by Civil Engineering Wing (CEW) at SLAF Base Katunayaka under the supervision of the Directorate of Civil Engineering.

Air Commodore KFR Fernando, Commanding Officer SLAF Station Koggala Group Captain Chaminda Wickramarathne, Officers and other ranks were also present at the ceremony.
