The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala, honoured being invited as the chief guest at the ‘Sirimavo Balika Vidyalaya’ Sports Meet held on 05 February 2016 at the Sirimavo grounds.

In his message the chief guest emphasized the importance of balance education in academics as well as in sports to develop leaders among students who are going to take the future our motherland.

He also admired the high standard of sportsmanship displayed by the Sirimavians qualifying their students to participate in SAG 2016 and well organized event which definitely shows the leadership qualities of Sirimavians. He congratulated the Principal, teachers, students and their parents who made this event a success.
