Air Defence Command and Control Centre SLAF Station Mirigama celebrated its 10th Formation day on 29 March 2016 giving prominence to social, religious and recreational activities. ADC&CC which was established on 29th March 2006 at SLAF Base Katunayake was subsequently re-located at SLAF Station Mirigama in year 2013.

In view of commemorating the occasion, Shramadana campaign was held on 27th March 2016 at Dharmashoka Maha Vidyalaya Baduragoda and a multi religious ceremony was organized under the patronage of Commanding Officer Group Captain OANS Fernando on 28th March 2016 at the Station with the participation of all personnel.

Formation day working parade was held on 29th March 2016 at the parade ground which was followed by all ranks breakfast. A friendly soft ball cricket tournament was held among the squadron personnel giving the opportunity for the squadron personnel to enjoy in a friendly atmosphere.
