The Defence Services Tennis Championship 2016 was conducted from 25th to 30th April 2016 at Narahenpita Army Tennis Courts.

In addition to the Team events open and veteran matches were also conducted.

The Grand Finale of the Defence Services Tennis Championship 2016 was concluded on 01 May 2016 and Sri Lanka Army Tennis Team bagged the Team events Champions Trophy. Sri Lanka Air Force Team emerged as the runners up.
