SLAF paid tribute to all Officers and men killed in action throughout the three decade long conflict at a ceremony attended by the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal  Gagan Bulathsinghala today (26 May 16).

All members of the Air Force Board of Management, Officers and a cross section of the other ranks attended the ceremony which was held at the Sri Lanka Air Force War Heroes Monument at SLAF Trade Training School Ekala.

The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala laid the first wreath. Chief Of Staff, Air Vice Marshal Ranil Gurusinghe and Board of Management of the Air Force, representatives of all ranks of the Air Force laid wreaths at the monument.
