Annual AOC's Inspection at SLAF Academy China Bay

Commander of the SLAF Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala conducted the Annual AOC's inspection today (10 June 2016) at SLAF Academy China Bay.
Commander was welcomed to the Academy premises upon arrival for the inspection. Thereafter, Commander reviewed the Parade commanded by the Commandant of SLAF Academy China Bay Air Commodore Ravi Jayasinghe.
Certificates of Commendation awarded during the parade to 24070 Sergeant Dissanayake DMSC (Aero E&I), 24454 Sergeant Kumara MGTA (General Mechanical) and 24462 Sergeant Silva SAIP (Aero E&I) for the exceptional service rendered to the development of the Academy.
Commander inspected the camp premises and also declared open the newly constructed Administrative Building of NCOs' Management School.
Commander joined for the customary all ranks lunch at the Airmen mess with a cross section of Officers, Airmen, Airwomen and Civilian Staff. Thereafter, Commander addressed the gathering and appreciated the commendable effort taken by all Officers, Staff and Civilians to maintaining the standards of the Academy at a commendable level.
