The No 05 Administrative and Management Performance Development Module for Commanding Officers was commenced from 27th Jun 2016 to 29th Jun 2016 at the Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay.

The aim of this training module was to develop Administrative and Management performance capabilities of the Commanding Officers in the Sri Lanka Air Force. This enables the Commanding Officers to develop awareness and to share unique experience encountered during carrying out of their duties and responsibilities. Also, this course refreshes SLAF laid down procedures and regulations while upholding standards and core values of SLAF. Further, this module enhances the standardization amongst the command in strategic decision making. .

This training session covered a vast subject scope with lectures and fruitful discussions sessions conducted by the competent mentors of the subject area.
