IGP Pays Official Visit to the Sri Lanka Air Force Headquarters

A Guard of Honour was accorded to the newly appointed Inspector General of Police Mr Pujith Jayasundara at his official visit to Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) Headquarters this morning (20 July 2016).
On arrival, the IGP was received by the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Colombo Air Commodore MDAP Payoe and was accorded with a Guard of Honour conferred by the SLAF Colour Wing which commanded by Flight Lieutenant LRTPB Senevirathna.
Thereafter, the Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Gagan Bulathsinghala welcomed the 34th Inspector General of Police Mr Pujith Jayasundara to the Air Force Headquarters.
After a discussion on matters of mutual interest, Commander of the Air Force and the visiting Inspector General of Police exchanged mementos to mark the occasion. The visiting IGP also met with the Chief of Staff and the Board of Management of the SLAF.
