SLAF Women’s Carrom Team emerged champions of the 09th Defence Services, beating SL Army in the finals and SLAF Men's Team emerged runners up which concluded at the Carrom Federation ,  Kohuwala yesterday(10 August 2016).

The Director General Operations of Sri Lanka Navy Rear Admiral DMB Wettewa graced the awards ceremony at the Sri Lanka Navy Welisara as the chief guest. Chairman SLAF Carrom, Group Captain VTS Sirimanne, Officers and other ranks of tri forces also witnessed the finals.
