SLAF Women’s Karate Team emerged Champions and bagged 07 Gold, 06 Silver and 12 Bronze medals at the the Defence Services Karate Championship 2016, which concluded at the SLAF Health Management Centre (HMC) Colombo on 13th August 2016.

The Director Training of Sri Lanka Air Force Air Vice Marshal  Vijitha Gunaratne graced the awards ceremony as the chief guest.

Chairman SLAF Karate, Group Captain MD Wasage, Officers and other ranks of tri forces also witnessed the finals.
