Administration and Management Development of Base Commanders and Commanding Officers

The No 08 Administrative and Management performance Development Module for Commanding Officers commenced on 05 September 2016 at Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay and concluded on 07 September 2016.
The aim of this training module was to develop administrative and Management performance capabilities of Commanding Officers in the Sri Lanka Air Force to take up challenges in organizational culture and administrative environment.
This module enhances the standardization amongst command in strategic decision making. This enables the Commanding Officers to develop awareness and to share unique experiences encountered during carrying out of their duties and responsibilities. Further, this course refreshes SLAF laid down procedures and regulations while upholding standards and core values of SLAF.
This training session covered a vast subject scope with lectures and fruitful discussions sessions conducted by the competent mentors of the subject area.
