The Russian Ambassador to Sri Lanka, His Excellency  Mr. Alexander A. Karchava called on the Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jaympathy  at the Sri Lanka Air Force Headquarters  today (21 September 2016 ).

After a discussion on matters of mutual interest, Air Marshal Kapila Jaympathy and the visiting dignitary exchanged mementos to mark the occasion.
