The Passing Out Parade of the No 3 contingent of the Aviation Unit under the United Nations helicopter deployment in Central African Republic (MINUSCA)  was held today (20 October 2016) at SLAF Base Katunayake.
 
This Heli-deployment comprises 17 Officers and 93 Airmen and is scheduled to proceed to Central Africa  on 06 November 2016.

Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy took the salute of the passing out parade commanded by Wing Commander WWNTP Fernando, the Contingent commander of the Heli-Deployment.
 
Air Force Board of Management, Officers, Other Ranks and family members  were also present at the passing out parade.
