The Bak Maha Ulela (Traditional Sinhala/Tamil New Year Festival) of Sri Lanka Air Force Base Anuradapura was held on 20th of April 2010.

Twenty one events took place throughout the festival including Cycle Races, Marathon events, children’s & ladies games and other traditional New Year Games.
 The event was conducted under the patronage of Base Commander of Sri Lanka Air Force Base Anuradapura, Group Captain Ravindra Liyanagamage.
 
Formation Commanding Officers, families of all ranks and civilians took part in the event.
