The new Defence Attaché  of the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka, Senior Colonel Xu Jianwei called on the Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy today (04 January 2017) at AFHQ.

The outgoing Defence Attaché,   Senior Colonel, Li Chenglin, was also present on the occasion.
 
Cordial discussions were held between Commander and the Chinese Defence Attaché on matters of bilateral importance and mutual relevance during the meeting.

Official plaques were exchanged between the visitors and the Commander of the Air Force to mark the occasion.
