Commencing the formation day, a preaching programme was conducted at the station temple premises on 05th January 2017 with the participation of the Commanding Officer Wing Commander MC Peiris, Officers and other ranks.
 
The station personnel also conducted a Shramadana Programme at the “MENCAFEP” School, the only training school in Nuwaraeliya for the differently abled children as part of the anniversary celebrations.
