Handing Over of 17th ‘Guwan Lak Sevana’ House
The 17th house constructed under the "Guwan Lak Sevana” Housing Project launched by the Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit was handed over to 19682 Sergeant Priyantha MK today (23 January 2017) at Lunugala, Passara, Badulla.
The house warming ceremony was held under the patronage of Acting Director Welfare, Air Commodore Priyantha Weerasinghe.
This project was funded by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and construction was carried out by Civil Engineering Wing (CEW) and SLAF CTS Diyatalawa. Overall project was completed under the supervision of the Directorate of Civil Engineering.
Commanding Officer SLAF CTS Diyatalawa, Air Commodore Peterson Fernando, Officers, other ranks and representatives from SVU were also present at the ceremony.
