Annual Sports Meet of SLAF TTS Ekala
The Annual Sports Meet of SLAF TTS Ekala was held on 24th March 2017 at the School Sports Ground with the participation of all the trade trainees and instructors. Gp Capt Jude Perera, the Commanding Officer SLAF TTS Ekala graced the event as the chief guest while all the Officers of the station were invited to witness this special evening.
The trainees were divided in to three houses namely, Black Eagles, Marshal Eagles and Golden Eagles. The overall championship for the best house was secured by Marshal Eagles, followed by Golden Eagles who became the 1st runners up and Black Eagles who emerged as the 2nd runner up.
The 400m x 04 men’s open event and the 400m x 04 men’s event of guest schools were special highlights of the programme which spiced up the evening.
The evening was made more cheerful with the musical performances of the TTS Band of Trainees which was followed by a social gathering of all the personnel of the station.
