The 10th Anniversary of SLAF Station Mirigama was celebrated on 01 June 2017. In commemoration of this event, a filed medical clinic was held on 28th May 17 at Kithulwala Village providing free medical, dental screening and medicine for 162 underprivileged people living around the camp area.

On 01 June 2017 the Anniversary day parade was organized at the station premises, and the parade inspection was carried out by the Commanding Officer Group Captain OANS Fernando.
