The launching ceremony of two newly purchased buses for the Colombo Welfare School Run was held at the General Service Quarters Complex Guwanpura this morning (03 July 17).

Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy graced the occasion as the chief guest along with the Chairperson of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs Anoma Jayampathy.

Chief of Staff of the SLAF Air Vice Marshal Sumangala Dias, Board of Directors of the SLAF,Commanding Officer SLAF Station Colombo Air Commodore Waruna Gunawardane, Officers, other ranks and school children participated the event.
