The Popular Stage Drama “Lawrancege Manamali” was staged under the auspices of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit on 13 August 2017 at Astra Hall SLAF Base Katunayake (0830 hrs)  and Eagles’ Lake Side Banquet & Convention Hall Attidiya (1630 hrs & 1900 hrs).  The event was organized as a fund raiser to finance the projects undertaken by Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit.

The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy along with the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Anoma Jayampathy, Inspector General of Police Mr Pujith Jayasundara, Director General of Sri Lanka Civil Security Department Mr  Chandrarathne Pallegama,Chief of Staff of the SLAF Air Vice Marshal Sumangala Dias, members of the Air Force Board of Management and a large audience were present at the event.
