Handing Over of 21st ‘Guwan Lak Sevana’ House
A new house constructed under the "Guwan Lak Sevana” Housing Project launched by Sri Lanka Air Force Seva Vanitha Unit was handed over to 08893 Cpl Rajamuni RDRW (Ops Grd). The house warming ceremony was held under the patronage of the Commander, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy at Kongaswala, Kurunegala on 26th October 2017.
This project was funded by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and construction was carried out by Civil Engineering Wing (CEW) and SLAF Base Katunayake. Overall project was completed under the supervision of the Directorate of Civil Engineering.
The Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Anoma Jayampathy, Director Civil Engineer, Air Commodore Ruchira Samarasinghe, Base Commander SLAF Base Kat Air Vice Marshal Prasanna Payoe, Officers, Other Ranks and representatives from SVU were also present at the ceremony.
