Newly appointed Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral SS Ranasinghe called on the Commander of Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy this morning (23 November 2017).

The new Navy Commander was received by the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Colombo, Air Commodore Waruna Gunawardane  and a Guard of Honour was conferred by the Colour Wing of the SLAF.

The Navy Commander met with the Chief of Staff and the Air Force Board of Management after which official plaques were exchanged between the two commanders at the Commander’s Office.
