The visiting Chief of the Air Staff of the Indian Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa paid a floral tribute to the soldiers of the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF), who made the supreme sacrifice during their tenure in Sri Lanka.

The ceremony was held at in front of the IPKF memorial, Battaramulla today (11 December 2017). Air Vice Marshal MDAP Payoe and Senior Officers from the SLAF participated for the event.
