The visiting Chief of the Air Staff of the Indian Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa called on the Commander of the Sri Lanka Army and the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy on 11 December 2017.

Upon his arrival to the Army Headquarters, the Chief of the Air Staff was warmly welcomed by the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake and was accorded a Guard of Honour. Mementos were exchanged between the visiting Air Chief and the Commander of the Army to mark this occasion.

At the Navy Headquarters, the visiting Indian Air Force Chief was accorded with a Guard of Honour in accordance with naval traditions and he was welcome by the Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Sirimewan Ranasinghe along with the Senior Director Generals.

Mementos were exchanged between the visiting Air Chief and the Commander of the Navy to mark this occasion.
