The Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force Kapila Jayampathy declared open the newly constructed Officers’ Holiday Home and Swimming Pool Today (30 December 2017 ) at SLAF CTS Diyatalawa. Both the projects were designed and constructed by the Civil Engineering Wing at SLAF Base Katunayaka under the supervision of the Directorate of Civil Engineering.

The newly constructed Officers’ Holiday Home consists of 3 fully furnished luxury bed rooms with attached bathrooms including hot water facility. Further, the newly constructed swimming pool consists of six lanes and is 25 meters in length. The Commanding Officer SLAF CTS Diyatalawa Air Commodore WWPD Fernando, Officers and other ranks were present at the ceremony.
