Sri Lanka Air Force Station Iranamadu completed the construction of a Cricket Pitch at the cost of Rs. 250,000/= for the Ramanathapuram Maha Vidyalam in the Kilinochchi District as a CSR Project to help improve the sports skills of students in the Kilinochchi District.

Under the guidance of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal KVB Jayampathy the newly constructed pitch was ceremonially handed over to the principal of the school on 08th January 2018 by the Commanding Officer of the Sri Lanka Air Force Station Iranamadu Group Captain GHP Nanayakkara at the school ground.
