Under the guidance of the Chairperson, a programme on personal hygiene for Lady Officers and Airwomen of the SLAF was organized by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit on 08 February 2018 at the Airmen Mess SLAF Station, Colombo.

The programme was steered by Mrs. Ama Dissanayaka popularly known as “Arumasi Gehaniya” under the topics of stress management, personal management and work stress management.

Mrs. Ama Dissanayaka was able to enrich the participants with her own experiences and delivered valuable tips on being a dutiful woman, wife, mother and servicewoman.
