On the direction and guidance of the Commanding Officer SLAF Station Colombo Air Commodore GGWTK Gunawardana, the Corporal's Social Club, SLAF Colombo, organized a Workshop for newly promoted Junior Non Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) at the Airmen Mess SLAF Station Colombo on 09 February 2018 to enhance their skills and personal qualities.

A session on Leadership and Motivation was conducted by Group Captain Manoj Keppetipola while Wing Commander (Retd) Nalin Jayathilake conducted a session on Customs and Etiquette. Over 100 newly promoted JNCOs representing all Sections at SLAF Station Colombo participated for this Workshop.
