International Metallic Silhouette Shooting Union (IMSSU) Small Bore Open Meet - 2018 organized by the Nuwara Eliya Shooting Club with the assistance of the National Rifle Association was held from 15 to 18 February 2018 at Bomburuella Firing Range Nuwara Eliya.

More than 80 top shooters from 12 Shooting Clubs in the country participated in this major championship. 08 male shooters and 04 female shooters from the SLAF participated for the above meet for 08 different events and bagged 1 Gold, 7 Silver and 3 Bronze medals.

This meet will be considered as a selection meet for International meets during this year in the IMSSU category.
